Pietro Rovati

Pietro is the founding and managing partner of PR/LAW.

He is specialised in civil law, real estate law and construction law and has gained, over 15 years of activity, a considerable experience in a vast range of real estate transactions, advising major Italian and international clients.

He focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions (both investment/disinvestment and development side) with different destination as residential use (including social housing and student accommodation initiatives), logistic use, commercial use, office use and hotel & resort use, advising primary investors, developers and high net worth individuals (both domestic and foreign).

He also deals with the development and realization of renewable projects (wind farms, photovoltaic plants, biogas plants, hydroelectric plants and tri-generation plants) and, on behalf of the sponsor, with project financing initiatives in the infrastructure field.

Pietro Toniolo

Pietro is a senior associate of PR/LAW.

He has gained considerable experience in civil law and specifically, in the real estate sector, under both civil and administrative (mainly planning and building) perspectives, by assisting primary Italian and foreign Clients.

Pietro mostly assists Clients in transactions (in the form of asset or share deals) concerning single assets or asset portfolios with a variety of uses, including office, retail, industry, warehouse and logistics, hotel and residence.

Enrico Sala

Enrico joined PR/LAW in January 2020.

He graduated at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in April 2018.  He practised civil law by drafting acts and legal opinion, with specific focus on data protection laws and drafting of data protection assessments.
