The Firm regularly supports some important developers in the realization of high-end real estate project located in the main Italian cities, through the recovery of the existing buildings or their new realization, assisting them in the development of the area/building until the completion of the commercialization of the relevant realized real estate units.

The Firm supports primary market operators in the development and commercialization of detached buildings mainly with tertiary destination as well as in the construction and opening to the customers of shopping centers, malls and hypermarkets, dealing with all the agreements and in particular those with the relevant tenants. The Firm also assists Italian and foreign operators in the development and/or purchase/selling of buildings destined for logistic activities

The Firm usually serves developers or funds (both Italian and foreign) specialized in the realization of nursing home for the elderly (RSA) and student accommodation, dealing with all the involved phases from the development to their management (which is usually entrusted to specialized operators).

The Firm regularly assists sponsors of project financing initiatives (PFI) and of private public partnership (PPP) initiatives in all phases of the process, from its feasibility study and offer to its implementation and management, dealing with all the relevant project agreements and keeping relations with the relevant public grantors and financing institutes of the project.

The Firm has gained an extensive expertise in the realization and sale and purchase of plants in the field of renewable energies (i.e. wind farms, photovoltaic plants, biogas and biomass plants, cogeneration and hydroelectric plants), assisting the clients on all the relevant project agreements related to their realization and management, their financing and their acquisition/disinvestment.
