PRIVACY POLICY
On this page you will find a description of the procedures for the management of the information contained in the website www.prlaw.it (the “Website”), with specific reference to the processing of personal data of the users who access such website, pursuant to the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (the “Applicable Laws”).
Before providing any personal data, we invite you to carefully read this privacy policy, that contains important information on personal data protection and the security measures implemented in order to ensure the confidentiality of such personal data.
DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller for the PR\LAW law firm (“PR\LAW”) shall be Mr. Pietro Rovati.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The activities of data processing shall take place in the offices of PR\LAW located in Via Cappuccini no. 2, 20122 – Milan. Such activities shall be managed only by employees, consultants, associates or partners of PR\LAW, or by technicians in charge of the relevant procedure. No personal data shall be communicated to third parties, with the sole exceptions listed below.
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
a) Data Automatically Collected by This Website
The information systems of the Website shall gather personal data not directly associated to the users, the transmission of which is implied in the use of internet communication protocols. PR\LAW shall gather personal only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its proper functioning.
The personal data gathered by PR\LAW might be used for assessing possible liabilities in case of cybercrimes aimed at damaging the Website. With the exception of the above, the personal data shall be deleted after being processed and, in any case, within seven days.
b) Data Voluntarily Provided by the Users
The spontaneous transmission of e-mails to the addresses listed in the Website and/or the requests for transmission of information material by PR\LAW shall entail the acquisition of personal data of the users, that shall be used with the sole purpose to satisfy the requests made by the users themselves.
c) Data pertaining to the curricula vitae
PR\LAW shall use personal data included in the curricula vitae submitted to segreteria@prlaw.it only for evaluating the profiles of the candidates. In case of negative outcome of the recruitment process, PR\LAW shall delete such personal data within seven days. All users are entitled to contact segreteria@prlaw.it in order to verify, update or amend their personal data, or to exercise any other right pursuant to Applicable Laws.
COOKIES
No personal data shall be collected by the Website through the use of cookies.
PR\LAW shall not use cookies for the transmission of personal data and shall not use “persistent” cookies or users’ profiling systems. PR\LAW shall only use “session” cookies (i.e. cookies that are deleted at the end of the navigation session) for the safe and efficient access to the Website. The users shall in any case be entitled to block the reception of cookies by modifying the preferences of their browser of choice.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
PR\LAW shall use personal data for the time strictly required to achieve the objectives for which such personal data were collected and shall not deliver personal data to third parties, unless such communication is required by the law.
Personal data shall not be subject to profiling procedures of any kind.
USERS’ RIGHTS
Users are entitled to effectively exercise the rights established by the Applicable Laws and, specifically: (i) obtain information on their personal data, their origin and the objectives of the data processing; (ii) obtain information on the data controller; (iii) obtain information on the subjects entitled to manage their personal data; (iv) request the cancellation of their personal data; (v) file a claim before the competent authority (www.garanteprivacy.it/).
All requests shall be submitted to segreteria@prlaw.it, to the attention of the data controller.
