In 2023, PR/LAW assisted Colliers Global Investors SGR S.p.A. in negotiating a property lease agreement with Verisure Italy S.r.l. concerning the real estate property named “Green Island”, an asset that establishes a new standard for liveability, technology and space flexibility. The transaction is one of the most significant property leases in the Rome EUR district of the last few years in terms of rented space.
