In 2020, PR/LAW assisted Colliers Global Investors (formerly known as Antirion) SGR S.p.A. in negotiating the tender contract for the development of the building named “ED.G.E.” in Viale Sturzo No. 45 in Milan, composed of three connected volumes, for an overall surface of 22,600 square meters for office use, 4,500 square meters of external areas and more than 120 parking spaces. The building obtained the LEED® Platinum certification and therefore to offer the best level of energy and environmental performances.
Furthermore, in 2022 and 2023, PR/LAW assisted Colliers Global Investors SGR S.p.A. in negotiating the property lease agreements for the lease of portions of the above-mentioned building to several tenants, including Telepass S.p.A.
